Tommy Lee Byrd Subject: Progress pix of his J... The body is completely loose from the stock frame and the s-10 frame is stripped and we cut 8 inches out of the frame. I'll have to do some "massaging" on the gas tank but other than that, its ready. I'll probably end up putting a 3 or 4 inch lowering block in the rear and cut the coils in the front if I can't get it low enough when I channel it over the s-10 frame, but my plans are still the same. It still has the 4 cyl in it and I'm gonna try to keep it that way. I WILL drive this thing everyday. I've only worked 1 week on the car and I feel like I've come a long ways. I'm thinking about 2 more weeks of working on it and it'll be able to make its first trip around the block. Tommy Lee Byrd "Tommy Lee Byrd" <byrdrods@yahoo.com> June 19, 2006 |
